We don't know if there's a similar law for pedestrians in Smolensk Oblast <a href="http://carscoop.blogspot.com/search/label/Russia">in Russia</a>, but this man sure knows how to 'stand his ground' when drivers disregard the signs and don't slow down to let people cross the road.
